If there is any Fraud or Scam from Ground Owner. Refund will be given or available to Ground booking customer.
Refund can be available to customers, only when customer payment is done using smart app payment service.
Once the refund request is received and inspected, we consider the refund issue.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with in certain amount of days.
Please allow for a period of 14 working days to process the refund.
